Rules / Regulations (for Parents): General:

  • Once the camp registration is completed, you will receive additional information/instructions specific to each age group by email (including: weekly and trips schedules); we kindly request you to familiarize yourself with this information and cooperate with camp staff in this matter.
  • The camp fees include only indoor/outdoor activities and trips/transportation fees during camp hours – Food/snacks/drinks are not included, please make sure to provide your child with enough food/snacks/drinks. Camp staff can’t leave the campers to purchase anything for anyone.
  • 1Please clearly label your child’s belongings (including clothing, lunch bags, etc).
Toys, jewelry (for girls), and portable electronic devices (including DS, DSI, iPods, etc) are not permitted in the camp – Camp won’t be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

  • Safety:

  • Please be sure to sign your child in (during drop-off) and out (during pick-up) – children must be signed out by an authorized person (parents or someone they formally authorize). Children can’t be left unsupervised after camp hours; extended hours option is available during registration if needed. A charge of $5 for every 15-minutes of early drop-off or late pick-up will apply for each child and will be deducted from the deposit.
  • No child will be permitted to attend camp if he/she is feverish, vomiting, or has any other symptoms of illness. Please make sure you have a back-up plan if your child shows any signs of illness and needs to rest at home, or in case he/she needs to be immediately picked up from camp, if necessary.
  • In the events of a medical emergency, parents will be immediately contacted. If both parents are unreachable, the camp staff will contact child’s emergency contact person, and continue to reach the child’s parents to act on it.

  • Behaviour: Disciplinary Procedure:

For the safety and well being of all the children and camp staff in the summer camp program, the Camp will implement a disciplinary policy to deter misbehaviour and disrespect. Disciplinary procedures are designed to help keeping a child's behavior in accordance to Biblical instruction. Parent’s cooperation is expected and appreciated in order for the actions to be effective.

The following behaviour will not be accepted:

  • Dishonor to the church.
  • Disrespect to others (including fighting or inappropriate language) and to property.
  • Disobedience to counselors or any of the camp staff.

  • Acts of misbehaviour will be handled in the following manner (depending on the situation’s severity):

  • 1st offense: verbal warning and parents will be notified.
  • 2nd offense: child will be dismissed from the program immediately.

  • All consequences will be at the Priests' and camp leaders’ discretion, based on each individual situation. Any concerns with the camp, must be directly addressed to the camp leaders, not to the counselors!
